With this technology fully integrated into our recruitment and engagement systems, BlackCat are able to focus on the part of the recruitment process that automated interview programs, and emailed CVs don’t provide – “the human to human bit”. Due to the overwhelming positive response received from our client partners, we’ve decided that this is now our method of choice from here-on out.

By conducting 1st stage video interviews for you, we can significantly streamline the recruitment process by enabling quicker feedback, and ultimately providing a much better selection of suitable candidates for you to progress through your selection process.
