Hi, my name is Saran Cliff & for the last 15 years I have worked with a number of high profile organisations to assist them with the critical function of resourcing, recruiting & retaining the best talent for their businesses.

I have recruited for Global Automotive manufacturing organisations in China, India, Brazil, USA, the Middle East & Europe, as well as extensively throughout the United Kingdom.

I have a strong background of working within a variety of manufacturing environments and an intimate knowledge of the professional services required to keep London moving (following a number of years of working in the capital supplying personnel to contractors supporting TFL/LU/HS2 projects etc).

The service I have always offered to my clients doesn’t start and end with recruitment. It starts with assisting my clients with their Employer brand and working together to attract a talented and diverse group of people to their talent pool and… it never really ends… Working together to review retention of staff and ensure that their organisation is an employer of choice.
