Our Leadership programme starts with a psychometric assessment. Our personality profiling measures 24 behavioural preferences across a wide variety of traits, styles and competencies. This will give us a great insight in to your areas of preference and your areas for development. We will assess these areas against what is needed to meet the requirements of your role as a transactional manager & what is needed to support you in becoming a really inspirational leader.

One of our BPS (British Psychological Society) approved Psychometric test user / CIPD Level 7 Qualified Leadership coach will partner with you as to understand where you are now and how they can assist you with your personal growth.

They will work with you on the following: –
